How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to every WhatsApp, email and form message within one working day — and usually within a few hours during store hours. WhatsApp is the quickest channel if you need a same-day answer on sizing or availability.
Can you help me find the right size before I order?
Absolutely — that's what we're here for. Send us your chest, waist or hip measurement and the item you're considering, and we'll tell you exactly which size to go for. It saves an exchange later.
How do I check the status of my order?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and we'll pull it up for you right away. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same afternoon.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes — you're welcome at our Al Qouz, Dubai store, where you can try pieces on before buying. Stock on the floor reflects what's live on the website.
What are your shipping and returns terms?
Free shipping on orders over AED 250. You have 30 days to return anything unworn and unwashed in its original packaging — and size exchanges are always free.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
