Not quite the right fit? Exchange your Larisa piece for another size or colour within 7 days of delivery. Here’s everything you need to know.
Our policy
The short version
Exchange window
Request your exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Size or colour
Exchange for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability.
Refund or replacement
If an item arrives faulty or you received the wrong item, we’ll replace or refund it.
Eligibility
What can be exchanged
Eligible for exchange
- Requested within 7 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Original tags still attached
- Returned in the original packaging
Not eligible
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items without their original tags
- Cash refunds for change of mind
How to exchange
Four simple steps
Contact us
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@larisaworld.com within 7 days of delivery.
Share your details
Send your order number, the item you’re returning and the size or colour you’d like instead.
Send it back
We’ll confirm your exchange and share the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Get your new piece
Once we receive and check your item, we dispatch your new size or colour.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something isn’t right
Faulty or wrong item
Every piece is checked by hand before it leaves our factory, but if something slips through, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return shipping.
How refunds are paid
Where a refund applies, it’s issued to your original payment method: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Tabby. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or provider.
Size not in stock?
If the size or colour you want is sold out, we’ll help you choose another size, colour or style from the collection.

Check the Size Chart tab on each product page, or message us before ordering and we’ll help you pick the right fit.
