Yes. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed securely by WooPayments, and Tabby payments are handled by Tabby. We never see or store your full card details.

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you view your order history and save your details for next time.

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

UAE orders arrive in 2–3 working days, GCC orders in 3–5 working days, and international orders in 5–10 working days. See Shipping Info for full details.

UAE delivery is AED 13 and free on orders over AED 200. GCC delivery starts from AED 50 and is free on orders over AED 600. International shipping starts from AED 70, depending on your country and parcel weight.

Yes, we ship worldwide from Dubai. The exact cost for your country is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Orders delivered outside the UAE may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These aren’t included in our prices and are paid to the courier or customs on arrival.

You’ll receive an email when your order is on its way. For any delivery questions, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

You can exchange any item for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags and packaging. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.

We offer exchanges rather than refunds for change of mind. If an item arrives faulty or you received the wrong item, we’ll replace it or refund you to your original payment method.

Return shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

You can exchange it for another size within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn with the tags still attached.

Our pieces start with pure cotton, blended with spandex, interlock or scuba knits, depending on the style. The result is soft and breathable fabric that stretches through a full training session and keeps its shape.

For the longest life, we recommend washing cold, inside out, with similar colours, and avoiding bleach and tumble drying. Always check the care label on your garment.
