This website is operated by Larisa World (“Larisa”, “we”, “us”), a clothing brand based in Al Qouz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through larisaworld.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to run our store and look after you:

• Order and account details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and your order history.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (WooPayments for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Tabby for pay-later). We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us by contact form, email or WhatsApp, such as sizing questions or exchange requests.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Technical information: basic device and browser data, IP address and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs to keep the site working and secure.

3. How we use your information

• To process, pack, deliver and support your orders, including exchanges and refunds.
• To reply to your questions and messages.
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
• To send marketing emails, only if you’ve subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

• Payment providers (WooPayments and Tabby), to process your payment securely.

• Authorities, when we are required to by law.
