1. About us

larisaworld.com is operated by Larisa World (“Larisa”, “we”, “us”), based in Al Qouz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information and Returns & Exchanges policy.

2. Placing an order

• When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. Your order is accepted once we dispatch it.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or a payment can’t be verified. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
• Please check your delivery address and contact details carefully before you submit your order.
• If you’d like to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.

3. Prices & payment

• All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED). Any applicable taxes and your shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and pay-later with Tabby (subject to Tabby’s approval and terms).
• Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don’t store your full card details.
• Orders shipped outside the UAE may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the UAE, the GCC and worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has been dispatched. Costs and timings for each region are listed on our Shipping Information page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Exchanges & refunds

• You can exchange an item for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with the original tags and packaging.
• Return shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer.
• We don’t offer refunds for change of mind. If an item is faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it, and cover the return shipping.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method.

6. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly because each piece is cut and sewn by hand. Please check the Size Chart on each product page before ordering.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Larisa name and logo, product designs, photos and text, belongs to Larisa World. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

8. Using our website

You agree not to misuse this website, for example by attempting to access it without authorisation, interfering with how it works, or using it for any unlawful purpose. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
